yesterday one customer from Canada , he need black annealed wire , hot-dipped galvanized wire , PVC coated wire .these goods as construction binding wire .customer also need welded mesh , hexagonal wire netting , but it isn't main business filed . he enquiry gabion fence mesh too . but he no plan to make order .just now i ensure some detail informations with customer , the weight is 1.4kgs/roll , i think that it is impossible . because light weight very less , it will cost worker more time and energy . finally the quote will be more expensive .end buyers not receive this higher quote , common weight is 20-50kgs/roll .small weight is very expensive.

i am a bit worry about the quality , wire is very very simple .but it is very strict too .before i send black annealed wire sample to other customer,  but the quality isn't ok .it is a bit soft . because some customer is more higher standard about quality .

what is more , wire is very very lower  profit . some factory have to give up export wire production .balck annead wire is very soft , material is lower carbon steel (Q 195) . it main as binding wire .  customer enquiry hot-dipped galvanized wire , it has 2 type , one is common zinc (50g/m2) , zinc is less , price is cheaper , the other one is heavy zinc (250g/m2) , price is a bit expensive , it isn't rust and anti-corrosion . such as gabion mesh ,reno mattress used higher zinc coated .life time 10-15 years time .

i will send quote next week , i don't know quote can match customer ask or not? because wire is very very hard to deal with . if ok , i can send sample to customer first ,if quality is ok , i will keep touch next step , if not match ask , i will forget this order .
