wire mesh baskets sample

last week , i receive 5 type wire mesh baskets sample from AU customer , he send sample by TNT express company .the customer are from big company and main business is healthy medical baskets .

because i am very serious this sample , so submit sample to factory engineer and lab .

the sample is very perfect , it is good polishing surface treatment and more smooth and clean .

material is stainless steel 304 perforated sheet mesh .the surface must not have oil .

more important, it has different design , make produce date in the baskets . we consult again and again .it is a bit hard to finish .in the end , we find way to slove out .make it before polishing .

i have send quote , and waiting for customer feedback . if price is ok , he will visit our factory .because customer will order more quantity per year .

i have one customer also need baskets , he need quantity is less per time ,but demand more strict quality ,such as ,it is clean ,not oil or dirty .

before really order ,i send 5 baskets sample to customer , but welded quality is bad , it is open , the surface isn't clean too .the customer have to fly to china and visit polishing factory ,we make new polishing again .

i don't know china quality can meet AU standard or not? hope everything is ok .
