one customer from France ,he enquiry wire mesh baskets .this type isn't same common style , the top is a bit wider , but the bottom is very narrow . it similar taper shape . it is a bit hard to process . because it cost more money . the baskets without lid , it has five sides ,including bottom . on two sides ,it has two handle , wire diameter is 8mm .baskets are made of perforated sheet mesh , material is SS304 , hole diameter is 2mm ,hole pitch is 2mm too .yesterday i have submit customer drawing to factory engineer . the total quantity is 50 baskets , because i am very serious this order ,i suggest that first of all , customer purchase less quantity to check quality .this customer is from European country ,he demand the quality is more strict ,price is more competitive . baskets surface is more smooth and clean , welded point is more strong and stable .goods transport way is by ocean ,it need long time to get in , so i advise that it must make international export package ,it is wooden case .it also add cost too . today i will send e-mail to ensure order quantity .

  yesterday factory have cutting off sliver wire mesh sample , it is 1m*0.6m size , 180 mesh , twill weave style .

later i will send e-mail to ask customer pay 50% balance , in the PI , it show that when receive sample photo , then arrange 50% balance . i will push up customer balance .sliver wire mesh is very rare metal mesh , it main application industry filter , it can good filter gas or oil or water .it can used long time ,not easy rust and anti-corrosion . used life time almost 50 years .i don't know this sample can match customer demand or not? because European customer is more strict quality demand .if not match ask,  this order is over .
