welded gabion box sample
during this week , i contact one customer from Dubai , he purchase welded gabion box for big order .
because this order from goverment bidding , it is very big business .
this Monday , i send Fob quote , this customer not pay more attention to price , but he need to check and test quality . so ask me to arrange and send sample first time .
sample specification : wire diameter is 3.0mm , mesh hole: 2.5cm*5cm , gabion size: 2*1*0.3m and 2*1*0.2m and 2*1*0.1m (height) . total 3 type sample .
at the beginning , he pay 200$ in advanced . yesterday factory make all sample package , outsider adopt wooden case package . otherwise , it will destory sample surface .
finally , weight has big increase , it is almost 94kgs .it is big weight and size , air freight has big increase too .
the customer need to pay 465$ balance , i told this news to customer , he isn't happy .
because he don't to pay too higher cost . but these cost from DHL company , not my sides . i have explain this questions .if customer not agree with to pay balance , it is very sorry , i will save sample in my office for other customer . because i have ready sample ,it isn't my fault .
this afternoon , i will e-mail and consult with customer again , time is money . more important , end buyers want to see sample next Monday .
in my mind ,sample not become order sucessfully . i send too many sample to customer ,it always fail
i don't know what is result this time, but i have try my best .
