UK customer pick up goods
customer have pick up 100 rolls cargo ?
i have one customer from UK , he buy sheep wire mesh and barbed wire in July . it past five months time .
today customer pick up goods from Belfast port . it is too long-time .
first of all , he think the quality is bad .customer want to finish 15cm*15cm mesh hole .he need very small mesh
hole . it can prevent sheep to escape . because the price is bad .so i can make hole is a bit bigger . finally
finish hole is 60cm*15cm . customer can't agree with it .
next step , customer wan't to pay too high port cost ,so refuse to receive goods again . port worker call customer
again and again .in the end, he agree with to pay port TAX , not other .
the cost increase day by day , it cause very high cost . yesterday night , customer only pay tax , and pick up goods
. i am relax .
now i don't know he continue to cooperation with you or not? if really cooperation again , i will offer best
quality and competitive quote . because i no too many customer in my hand .
all raw material is down , it is big down . wire rod only is 242$/ton . sea freight has reduce too .
hope i have good luck next year , really ,i hope .
it will be Christmas day , how to spend it ? with your family or have trip ?
