thanks for my Spain customer
before china spring festival , i keep touch one new customer from Spain via Linkedin , he is very interest with my welded gabion box production .he also enquiry 5 type price , it is very luckly , customer can accept my quote .
he want sample to check quality . later it is china new year , all plan are over .
during holiday time , we keep good touch too . holiday is over , factory machine is very busy .
we ready sample for customer , but he can't agree with sample air freight , he think it is too expensive .
i know air freight is expensive , because it is big weight .the air charge not decide from me , it decide from DHL company .
no best way to slove out this trouble ,the sample is pending .one month time ,no e-mail contact . last week , i send same specification welded gabion baskets to France customer,i also save sample . i told this news to Spain customer , he insist on air charge is higher again .i ask DHL or Fedex number , but his company not have this express number .
finally he find friends in china, his friends can help him to pick up sample , customer only pay sample value cost , NOT pay sample freight to Spain .
today customer pay sample value by western union . i will receive money and ready new sample again tomorrow .
