i have one customer from Ecuador , he enquiry storage fold cage ,we have contact almost three months time .
he need 4.0mm wire diameter ,mesh hole is 25*50mm , bottom have legs fold cage .
last week , he send production drawing pricture .it has 8 photo . today i have submit photo to factory engineer .
because customer demand style isn't common and regular , so we must open new mold . it will cause mold cost .
i don't know e can agree with to pay mold cost or not? because new mold cost about 165$/set .
if not , this order will stop , because company have own rules ,mold must be charge , when cooperation sucessfully , will deduct cost .
customer will waiting for boss news next week , hope his boss can agree with to pay , it is too long time contact .
each customer always have hope , but it not sucessfully in the end ,so i am very sad .
now i always keep gentle state of mind , because each customer have too many suppliers to choose .
how to continue my business ? i feel a bit confuse , it has too big press in my shoulder .
