last week , i receive about storage fold cage enquiry USA customer , he need know one set sample air cost .
today send e-mail , but never reply me . i don't know why ? he no any feedback .
my suggest one set sample weight is about 30kgs , air freight is too expensive .
what is more , if need wire diameter 6.0mm , mesh hole is 50*50mm , size is 1.20m*1.0m*0.89m , no problems factory have stock .
if not stock , it will trouble , engineer will open new mold , each new mold cost is 1000RMB . the cost will increase .
now raw material is down , wire rod price is 302$/ton . but galvanized hard to finish , goverment ban to galvanized .because it cause big pollution .
i will try to contact customer again . hope he can reply and tell me more informations , so i will give competitive quote .
it is discount season , each stock cargo , factory offer 5% discount , if big storage fold cage order , will offer 10% discount .
