today i receive one enquiry from Malaysia customer about storage fold cage , it also named wire mesh container cage .
customer only told me size is 1.20m*1.0m , no more informations , because total quantity is 50 sets , so i only recommend stock type .
factory have stock type: wire diameter is 6.0mm , and 5.80mm , mesh hole is 50*50mm , size is 1.20m*1.0m*0.89m .
we make kinds of fold cage almost 8 years time , so i can introduce more detail informations .
1> common wire diameter is 5.0mm , 6.0mm ,6.40mm .or according to customer demand .
2> mesh hole is 50*50mm , 50*100mm ,and 100*100mm .
3> surface treament is electro-galvanized and hot-dipped galvanized . hot-dipped galvanized has more higher zinc coated
than electro-galvanized ,so it no easy to corrosion or rust , can used more long time .
4> material is lower carbon steel (Q 195) , bottom has mobile wheels or strong legs , common legs height is 10cm .
what is more , bottom has U shape steel by welded , bottom four corner has perforated , so it more stable and no easy to change shape .
5> production advantage : it is very good welded process , welded point more solid ,not easy to open welded .
zinc layer more flat and smooth , used long time .
