yesterday i receive enquiry from Spain customer ,she need 150 sets gabion cage .
it is very urgent order , wire diameter is 2.70mm , mesh hole is 8*10cm .
size is 0.5*2*1m(height) , material is electro-galvanized wire .
she send attachment file , this cage need sperate in the middle place . so total size is 7.5m2 .
because 150 boxs can not load full 20ft container ,so quote base on LCL way .
last time , one customer from Kenya , he need 4.0mm wire weave gabion cage .
but mesh hole is 6*8cm , it is very small , our factory can do it , but worker cage is increase .
because wire is too thick , it is hard to twist edge . some worker don't like to do ,it is very tired .
finally , customer think my quote is very higher , so i feel very confuse .my price is reasonble .
he can enquiry other factory , wire is thic , so weight will add , in the end , price up too .
i don't know Spain customer can accept my quote or not? it is very competitive market in my place .
this time , i no add any profit .it is almost one year time no order ,so whole pople become more depession .
i am very tired in my heat , why it is bad luck ? why have pains , no gains ? who can tell me these questions?
