in June in 2020 year ,one customer from Aystralia make stainless steel rope fence mesh order , total quantity is 7000m2 . material is SS316 , mesh hole is 50*50mm .one year time is over , suddenly customer send e-mail to me , he told some size of goods are rust . customers worry about the quality isn't really SS316, it maybe is 304,about this trouble, i submit feedback to factory engineer , finally our production quality is 100% SS316 ,not lower steel . the surface isn't rust , it may is oil . we plan to send small piece sample again .
because raw material ( rope wire) is a bit oil .next week , customer will calculate rust quantity m2 ,we will pay some loss . stainless steel rope mesh also named zoo fence mesh , bird fence mesh . it has 2 type , one is 60 degree without metal clips , the other one is 90 degree with metal clips . width is 1-2m , length is according to customer ask . the mesh weave style by hand , it is strong and stable .
