ss mesh sample
stainless steel wire mesh sample
today i send sample to USA customer , this sample may last about two weeks time .
at the beginning , customer want to stainless steel wire mesh sample ,but he no dhl numbers . sample is free ,but sample air charge isn't free .
have this trouble , it delay one week time , later customer agent send e-mail to me , and told new DHL number .
sample material , wire diameter and mesh hole isn't important , but he pay more attention to temperature demand , it must be endure 1200 degree .
i consult with factory engineer again and again , ss 316 may not reach this degree . because it has less nickel .
yesterday i decide to send two type sample , one material is stainless steel , the other one material is nickel . other sample is 40 mesh nickel mesh .
nickel material 100% can endure higher tempature , but price is very very expensive , i don't know customer can accept this price or not?
common sense , 304 has 8% nickel , 316 has 10% nickel , 316L has 12%-13% nickel . if have more nickel , it isn't easy to corrosion or rust .
because nickel has rare metal : silver .if have more nickel , the price is more dear .
south africa customer need 500 mesh , so the material should be 316 ,not 304 . 500 mesh , wire diameter is 0.025mm . it is very good as filter air or oil .
500 mesh and 635 mesh , it adopt import weave pole , to make mesh more flat , wire not easy to off .
i don't know south africa customer sample when get in my hand , the one way , waiting for news .
