today i get new e-mail from UK customer again . he ask me to send new sample . because customer more like thick 

barbed wire and sheep wire sample , last time , i send 2.0mm barbed wire and 2.10mm sheep wire sample .

but customer think it is too thin , not stronger . 

this time customer ask send 2.80mm barbed wire and sheep wire sample . it is most thick wire diameter .

now i am very confuse or can't understand . customer aim price about barbed wire is 6GBP/roll . 2.80mm barbed wire 

EX-W price is 8.26GBP/roll . why customer offer this lowest aim price ? 

next week , i will send sample .customer will check and test it . if sample is ok , will consult aim price again .

because we can't accept this lower aim price .

UK belong to European country , why customer price is too lower ? it is rich than some country ,such as india, Pakistan

etc . i am confuse now .
