sample send

last month , i contact one customer from UK , he is very interest with welded wire mesh panels . he need mild carbon steel material .in the common sense , it has lower carbon steel (Q 195) , higher carbon steel (Q 235) .

lower carbon steel is more soft than higher carbon steel . because it has less carbon .

last week , customer send me some photoes about mesh panels . i check the color is yellow , not black .

i am worry about the material isn't carbon steel , it may copper material .

because i am very serious this order ,  so ask customer to send sample to my address . i can pay sample air charge . when i receive sample , i am very suprised , it is one shoes . not wire mesh panels .

i am very angry with customer action . i don't know why make this bad action .

i try to e-mail or contact customer , he is disappear again . i am very  sad .

all business need sincere and trust . i never cheat any one . i can't understand customer play game with me .

it is mouse-cat game .  if he can't send sample , should told me directly .i am not waiting .

sorry to hear that .  if cheat or lie , he/she will get punishment by God , right ?
