now raw material (wire rod) has increase day by day .so the quote is very high , some of customers have cancel order ,some project have to stop .during one day time, it may be increase 4 times .all order according to deposit payment , if not receive deposit , all factory can't produce goods . last month , one customer enquiry hesco barrier ,wire diameter is 4mm , hole size is 75mm*75mm ,material is hot-dipped galvanized wire ,zinc coated is 50g/m2 ,it is heavy zinc coated , box size: 1m*1m*1m , geotextile color is green , weight is 220g/m2 . yesterday customer told me he have get government bid order , he hope that this quote is a bit lower , when receive this e-mail ,i don't know how to explain it ,because raw material is big increase , if keep raw quote , we will cause big loss ,not profit . if this customer can make order 10th of April , we can agree with this quote . now it is very sorry.

about silver mesh sample order , we have finish sample ready work , we plan to send sample by air , but customer only pay 50% deposit in advanced, when send cargo photo ,will arrange to pay balance 50% . yesterday i have push up customer , i don't know when customer can pay remain money .because this order we have to add tax , finally the profit is very less . if the sample quality can match customer demand , hope it can match customer ask , have new order next time .

about fan guard 50 pcs order ,we have finish , the weight is about 20kgs . but i don't know the detail address ,zip code and so on ,so we can't send goods , today i will waiting for customer feedback and told me address informations , we will arrange to send ,because it has one month time delay . it is a bit long .
