last week ,i send perforated metal mesh and expanded mesh quote .i will waiting for customer feedback today .now i am a bit nervous , because i am worry about this quote can't match customer demand .this order is big quantity ,so customer need lower price .the material is galvanized sheet , not stainless steel . so it is easy to rust and not anti-corrsion .most of customer receive quote , they are disappear ,not a bit feedback .i think that it isn't polite . if the quote is higher ,no problems, customer can told directly , so we can make small meeting and consult , try to meet customer aim quote .may be customer compare quote to raw suppliers .it is only compare price . which factory quote is cheaper , they will consider and try to new cooperation .this customer are really buyers , if not cooperation sucessfully , i am very regret .
about silver wire mesh customer ,last Sunday , we have receive 50% balance payment .we will arrange to send sample goods , but the delivery time is DDP .do you hear this way ? it including customs tax fee . today i will ask DHL company , the DHL cost including tax fee or not? how much fee ? it may not including , never mind ,we can pay this cost . it isn't important point . because it is only as sample .when customer receive sample ,he will have lab test , because it is very strict in European market .if it can't match customer ask, we will loss one good customer , now i hope that we can send today and tell customer DHL number .so it can track .
one customer from Thailand ,his factory make rib lath , but he enquiry rib lath from my factory , because we are not real factory ,so price isn't competitive .so we can't cooperation with customer .
