i get some customer informations via Linkedin , but they are disappear ,not a bit feedback ,i don't know why? these customer do them by self , ok? if make own factory , he will not need to import from china . such as one customer from Iran , his company website show steel grating . but i send e-mails , not reply . i can't understand

our factory make grating too . the material has galvanized , stainless steel ,aluminum and so on , surface treatment is electro-galvanized , hot-dipped galvanized ,it has plain and serrated type . before one customer enquiry galvanized steel grating , it is very big quantity , later i send quote , customer are disappear .i can understand because some decide from project manager ,not customer . 

one customer from newsland , he enquiry aluminum grating , i have ready sample in my office ,i want to send by DHL, but customer not show detail address . it is 32*3*50*100mm ,send quote ,no news too . i don't know why?

it is very very sad for me . because too many enquiry ,too many disappear .
