about perforated metal mesh sample, last week ,one customer enquiry metal sheet mesh , it including perforated metal mesh and expanded metal mesh ( small hole) , materila is galvanized sheet , perforated mesh hole shape is round , 60 degree , size: 1m*30m/roll . thikcness is 0.2-0.5mm . it total have 7 type size , one have 4 type , the other one have 3 type . today i send e-mail to customer , he need 7 type sample , it is a bit more quantity . but customer can't pay sample air charge .i don't know how to slove out this questions, if it is 7 type sample . total weight is big , finally the air charge is a bit high .if customer are from big company , he should have DHL or Fedex number , sample size is 20cm*20cm . we want to ensure 10*10cm size is ok . because big weight will add big air charge too .

last week , one customer enquiry 1000 pcs stainless steel wire mesh ,diameter is 250mm . it is round shape .but customer not say stainless steel grade ,it is SS 304 or SS316 or other ? because material decide on quote too . common SS 304 has 8% nickel , SS316 has 10% nickel , SS316L has 13% nickel . if it have more nickel , the quality is better , the price is more expensive too . finally SS316L is not easy rust and anti-corrosion .it also need cutting down small pcs .send e-mails, but no news from feedback , i don't know customer have find other source or cancel order ,he is full disappear again .i don't know why customer always play disappear , because all business are serious , we are serious this order . i think that it isn't polite .

before one customer from Greece , he enquiry black Titanium wire mesh , before we keep touch 2 e-mails ,later send quote, customer is disppae , send 50 e-mails ,not reply me, i am a bit angry . if have cancel order or find other source , let me know directly , i will stop to e-mail touch , but customer not reply .

i am very sad too , because i update news each day . but no new enquiry , i don't know why or what happend? it is too bad .it make me very disppoint . i am very very sad .
