can you remember that i send 100 rolls cargo to UK customer ? it including 50 rolls sheep wire and 50 rolls barbed wire . this customer have pay 100% deposit for me . but it has big trouble now . belive it ?
last month , 100 rolls goods reach in Belfast port ,but customer refuse to accept these goods . first of all ,
he think that Belfast port charge is too higher , he can't accept high cost . i told UK customer it is normal cost ,
because LCL way is different from FCL , expext for pay tax , it also need to pay open container cost , and port cost
and so on . cusstomer agree with to accept goods . i am gald .
the story isn't over , when customer arrive in Belfast port , he checked goods , tell port staff these goods isn't
suit for his demand , he refuse to accept goods again .
i am confuse , customer aim price is more lower , this quote only finish same quality production . wire diameter
enough is 2.80mm , mesh hole is 15cm*15cm . it is good standard .
what is more , 50 rolls barbed wire with proof paper outsider . because it has barbed , prevent to destory other
goods . customer can't see insider quality , why refuse to receive them? i can't understand .
this is very strange customer , he pay full deposit , but give up goods finally .may be he doesn't customer in his
hand . because each people must keep promised for customer .
what is your idear ? what is good way to slove out the trouble ? what is good advice for me ?
