how to prevent fog haze ?
today i ride bike to office . it about 25km distance , but it take 2 hours time to get in place ,why?
because it has more serious fog haze .the see lever only has 200m .
how to reduce fog haze pollution ? it is very deep questions , it is not only china trouble , but also international
enviroment questions . now i have small advice .
1> law limited factory building . most steel factory use coal as raw material ,but coal will cause harmful gas
,such as , carbon dioxide , surlfur dioxide etc .it cause more people cancer , heart disease .
2> big push " green traffic" .
the goverment will charge traffic jam fee . goverment will used this money to buy more bus . except for limit
private car quantity , goverment also encourage " green traffic " , increase bike plan . such as , open bike train
lessons , open bicyle highway , open bicyle rent schedule , increase bicyle pack place .finally , some people take
bicyle to subway , train ,even by air .
3> initiate green energy . if private or company choose solar energy , goverment will allowance . expand green land
, whatever apartment or villa , three hundred miles must be have green land , to play around .
