one customer from USA , he ask me to send hexagonal wire mesh sample .
i have ready sample , but DHL company return it . because it is danger cargo .
customer need very thineer wire diameter , it is 28 Gauge , mesh hole is 1.25*1 inch .
factory engineer told me wire is too thinner , can not finish it .
so i recommend common and popular style in USA market , wire diameter is 35 Gauge .
yesterday night customer told me ,order quantity is 430m , it is too small quantity .
we can not order raw material .
common sense ,customer enquiry price first ,then ask to need sample .but customer no .
i don't know how to slove this sample questions, because he need more strict standard .
