last week , i receive hesco barrier from USA cusomer , sincere look forward to cooperation with customer .

we are 8 years hesco barrier factory , has own machine and worker , so it has more advantage than trading company . now i can show more informations as follows .

1> material is lower carbon steel wire (Q 195) .

2> surface treatment is hot-dipped galvanized or electro-galvanized or galfan .

electro-galvanized zinc coated is 15-20g/m2 .it is very easy to corrosion .

common hot-dipped galvanized zinc coated is 40-60g/m2 .

heavy hot-dipped galvanized zinc coated is 250-300g/m2 .

galfan has 5% aluminum + 95% zinc or 10% aluminum +90% zinc .

3> wire diameter is 4.0mm , 5.0mm , 6.0mm , sprial wire diameter is 4.0mm .

4> mesh hole: 50*50mm or 75*75mm or 76.2mm*76.2mm(3 inch) , or 100*100mm .

5> panel size: 2.21×2.13m,1.37×1.06m,0.61×0.61m,1.37×1.22m.

6> Geotixtile color is sand or military green , weight is 250g/m2 ,280g/m2 ,300g/m2 .

7> it has more size to choose , such as , Mil 1: total length is 32'(10m) ,width is 36''(1.06m) ,height is 1.37m .

customer can choose own specification , most biggest length is 33m .it including 30 cells .
