last week , i contacted one customer from Norway , he enquiry welded gabion box from me .
he enquiry 100 and 1000 units quote , because different quantity , so quote has gap too .
may be worry about quality question , customer plan to order 100 units as test order .
i offer 100 sets CIF price ,it is surprise , customer agree with this quote , and ask me to make PI .
it is a bit glad for me , because customer agree with price and need this order urgent .
but i have worry about questions ,customer can pay money or not? if no accept money , it isn't really order .
all order must be see money as base , customer only told to arrange pay , finally pay or not ,i can not decide .
because it is small deposit , i suggest use western union as payment term . customer also agree , and told WU informations .
i will waiting for news within two days , if have news , it is ok , otherwise , this order will over .
yesterday i also make PI for Kenya customer , you should know Kenya belong to Africa area , customer credibility isn't higher . has too many cheaters .
i can not ensure customer can keep his promised or not? because he never told his phone number .
hope everything goes well , hope everything is ok . hope god can give one small order or one chance .
