yesterday i receive Norway customer 100% deposit , he have pay 100 sets gabion box .
it is bad luckly , because less quantity , all factory don't like to do this order .
what is more , customer no told me mesh hole size , this quote base on 10*12cm size .
today i go to factory and find professional engineer , told me it is mistake . because it can not wear sprial wire .
it must be full multiple times, such as , 5*10cm or 6*12cm or 8*16cm . so we decide make 12.5cm*12.5cm hole .
this time my quote is very lower , because i worry about customer can not accept this price .
finally , this order may make loss , next time , customer plan to order 1000 units .but first order quality must be ok!
gabion box are rare in my local place , so factory quote is very higher .
i don't know can find suit factory or not? if can not find , i do not know how to explain with customer .
i feel customer are more sincere , i also want to more order from this customer .
