Gabion Basket

this Monday , i pick up customer from Norway , in August , he have buy gabion basket from our factory .

this trip main visit Bei Jing , by the way , come to our factory and discuss new order again .

yesterday he send e-mail and inquiry new order price .i give very competitive quote ,but customer ask me to keep same quote as last order . i am so sad .because raw material has big increase . it is expensive than before . if keep raw quote , it will cause loss .i have explain some reasons , but customer told me other factory give good price , otherwise he will buy from other .i don't know how to do ? who can tell me ?

our factory make kinds of gabion basket 8 years time , i can give more news as follows , unless customer don't buy from me . we are more special factory .

1> material is hot-dipped galvanized wire , it has higher zinc coated than electro-galvanized .

so no easy to rust and anti-corrosion . if used bad weather , no problems, life time is more longer .

2> main and popular wire diameter is 4.0mm ,hole shape is square .

hole diameter is 10*10cm or 12*12cm , or customer demand .

3> size: 2*1*1m and 1*0.5m*1m etc . Norway cusomer need 1.0m(length)*0.50m(width)*1.0m(height) .

total size is 4m2/set , 0.5CBM/set . it no layers in the middle part .

net weight is 9.3kgs/set ,

4> type is welded , sprial wire connect together . sprial wire diameter is 4.0mm , hot-dipped galvanized .

20ft about load 900 sets , 40HQ about load 25 tons . from Tian Jin port to Oslo sea freight is 1100$ .

if customer insist on raw quote , it is very sorry , i will give up cooperation with customer .

his aim price is lower than factory quote , otherwise i will loss .
