last week , i have receive Norway customer payment for 50 cps fun guards ,today afternoon ,the customer send detail drawing , it is more complex and higher standard than raw data . i have submit it to factory manager and engineer , it is a bit sorry , raw quote can't match detail informations . if customer send drawing before enquiry , the quote is higher than his aim price , he will not arrange payment ,we will not make official PI ,and not receive customer 100% payment , now we have to return back raw money .because we are sincere and trust factory .
each time order have some trouble or questions , i don't know how to slove out ? last time one customer from India , he need FeCrAl wire mesh sample ,total size is 10m2 . when receive sample , told me the sample not match his demand , i ask what is your standard demand ,but the customer can't answer me , because he don't know match standard . if customer told me new standard , i will send new sample again . finally india customer is disappear and not more feedback ,so i am a bit sad .
recently i will send 0.6m2 size sliver mesh to USA customer , i don't know this sample match customer demand or not? because customer not told me the weave style , it is plain weave or twill weave . the weave type common effect finally application .my sample weave way is twill weave , customer may not unerstand what is plain weave or twill weave .if twill weave not suit for customer ask , it will loss customer again . it is big sad .because contact one new customer, it is too hard and cost long days time , most of customer never reply or keep touch some time ,he is disappear .
i am a bit tried about wire mesh trade ,because too many customer loss , maybe i not match sell wire mesh ,ok? let me know .
