do you know filter mesh ? recently i find some customer by Linkedin , some customer profiles need filter production .if you think filter production only including stainless steel filter weave mesh , it is simple .such as one customer from Poland ,he also need filter cargo , but he ask perforated mesh roll , not sheet type and expanded metal mesh . they used as filter element . Mahlerfilter is main filter production too .
what is more , Nickel wire mesh , Tungsten wire mesh ,Copper wire mesh and so on , they also good filter production too , for example ,Titanium weave wire mesh , it is very expensive ,but it is better filter material , life time almost 50 years , not rust and anti-corrision . it main used oil or gas or liquid filter .in Thailand area , some customer used reverse dutch weave mesh , it isn't same as other weave type . the main material is SS302( 5% nickel) . it main used plastic machine . length is 10m/roll or 20m/roll , height is 15cm or 10cm, but some customer may need 20cm width .in my office, i save some reverse weave mesh sample ,if need to check or test quality , let me know .i can send it by DHL . sample is free , sample air charge isn't free . when place order , will deduct sample air cost . in UK, gas liquid filter weave mesh and wire mesh demister are very popular .the main material is Monel 400 wire , Nickel wire , Copper wire etc .in Dubai market ,it is not plain weave type .outsider package is carton . we can provide sample too .
