fence wire mesh order from Korea

last year , one customer from Korea order 50 rolls sheep fence wire mesh from my sides ,it get in customer hand 5 days time , it is very fast . but it is feel suprised , when customer receive 50 rolls cargo , he told me pallet is bad , not more quality news feedback . i send too many e-mail , but no reply ,

customer is full disappear . i am very confused , i don't know why ?

if my quality is bad , no problems, tell me directly . i can pay customer loss .because i am very serious this order .i must submit customer feedback to factory engineer . but it is failure .

customer need 1.80m height , length is 100m/roll . top and bottom wire diameter is 2.50mm .

vertical hole distance is 15cm , but horizontal wire material is hot-dipped galvanized STEEL wire , not iron wire .because steel wire has good tensible (950-1050MPA) , it can good prevent animal to escape .most of customer need hot-dipped galvanized steel wire .

factory machine can make 0.9-2.50m height fence wire mesh . it including ribbit or sheep or cow fence mesh , even deer fence wire mesh .deer fence is more popular in USA and Canada market .

our advantage: it has higher tensible strength , and good anti-corrsoion feature , even if it is rain or damp weather , not easy rust too .

deer fence mesh all material are hot-dipped galvanized steel wire , not iron wire . if it is iron material , the machine can't finish .because it is too soft and less strong .

deer fence is fixed knot weave , but cattle or sheep fence is hing joint knot weave . both are not same .

now i understand well , may 50 rolls quantity is enough meet demand ,that is all .
