fence mesh order

i one customer from Thailand , we keep first time in May , he plan to oder 3D fence mesh from my company . i send quote and ready sample , later he is disappear , no more feedback .

when he disappear almost 3 month time, he e-mail me again , he ask me to send sample and show his company DHL number , i plan to send sample , but his DHL number is invalid , it can't application . customer told me not worry about it . he will get new DHL number .

later he is disappear again , send e-mails , he never reply me too . he always play game as business .i don't know what happend from his sides.

on 1th of October,  he e-mail me again , and ask me to make PI and stamp . he have agree with quote and plan to order 40 sets quantity . i make PI ,finally he is disappear full.

i don't know why customer always make game with me , maybe this order still pending or end buyers have cancel this order , never mind ,tell me direclty , so i will stop to follow customer .

maybe customer e-mail me again , after short time , but i am very tried with this type customer .

because he can't keep promised , and not serious this order . he isn't really buyers.

now raw material has increase , but i keep raw quote , not change . i also make small profit too .

in the future , i will give up this customer, because he isn't sincere . 

our factory make galvanized and PVC coated fence mesh , surface treatment is hot-dipped galvanized , PVC coated color is green . 

it has 2 bending or 3 bending , it is customer choice . this type mesh main application road , bridge , and so on .

our factory also have big quantity stock , color has heavy green and light green . pole is 1-2m , mesh hole has 75mm*75mm or 76.2mm*76.2mm .

delivery time is 3-5 days, it is very fast and short . because time is money .
