Fecral wire mesh customer from India , two years ago , one customer from India need FeCrAl wire mesh sample .first of all , our factory send small size (20*20cm) sample .the sample is very very hard , not make roll , customer is a bit angry .later customer are disappear , not more news or feedback . in the end , he say too hard , and not buy our goods in the future .our company have forget this trade .last week , customer suddenly e-mail me , and order 10m2 FeCrAl mesh ,one wire diameter is 0.8cm , the other one is 0.6cm . not more data . total quantity is 10m2 .when receive 10m2 goods . customer told me , new sample not match his demand .this time sample isn't ok , last time is ok . but it has past 2 years time , we can't find raw sample ,because this time is too long . 

i don't know who is wrong , it our company or customer ? our company are serious this sample , and serious this order . now our company decide ,pls customer send right sample , we can pay sample air cost .
