England north has big rain before christmas 

From media report , england north some citys have historical flood , the main reason from river breaching of dyke , Belfast and Manchester and other city become water city .

The UK weather bureau forecast it will has big rain withinin next week , it hint the condition will last  .

From TV news , UK premier David Cameron went to Yorkshire disaster area and inspect  ,he said that this flood serious level is unprecedented .

Till now , the rescue solider from 300 increase to  500 . It also 1000 soliders await orders , ready to take part in rescue ation each moment .

27th of Dec , Yorkshire have about 500 houses into water , many cars push up roof by flood .large soliders heap up sand bag between shop and residential  ,in order to resisit flood go into .

From media , Yorkshire has about 3500 houses surfered level rate is high risk . Local goverment has open take in and take refuge to receive displace person .
