one customer from Norway , he enquiry plain dutch weave mesh ,he send me 3 photoes , but not more  informations .i submit these informations to factory engineer , it may be 12*120 mesh dutch weave mesh . the height is 20cm or 30.8cm , not tell me length/roll . i can't send quote to customer . but i send specification data by attachment ,so customer can check popular type . the customer will told me news shortly , i don't know when time will told result , so i have to waiting for news .this mesh common used by filter goods .i can waiting for customer news next week , hope can get feedback next week too 

the material customer need mild steel , i don't know ensure material , it is iron wire material , ok? because one customer from Italy enquiry iron wire dutch mesh before . in European market , it is the quality  ask very strict .

i want to send sample , so customer can check or test quality . because quality is very very important factor.

if get customer order , the quality must be place first place .

becuase i lost some customer according to quality trouble . i hope that customer tell me clearly specification ,and will send quote and free sample .  if quality can match customer ask , we can agree with business .

i am very very worry about quality questions , i am worry about my quality not match customer demand .
