this month ,one customer from Sweden has receive fence wire mesh goods .he order 40HQ cargo from my sides . this fence mesh used cow /sheep /farm/filed .
this type mesh is diffrent from common specification , because horizontal wire is weave , not flat .
material is hot-dipped galvanized (60g zinc coated) , 15cm vertical hole size , length is 50m/roll .
customer need 3 height size :1m ,1.20m ,1.40m , it ask to load by mixture .
because our factory not have mixture load experience , finally the container isn't full ,small space empty . when receive goods , customer are very angry , he ask me to pay 1200$ loss .
i don't know how to say with customer .the container isn't full , we also cause loss .
because land freight and ocrean freight is fixed , less quantity , the freight is higher too .
factory make some wooden pallet in advanced , i am worry about it can't load all rolls , in the end ,
some pallet are remain . customer need 700 rolls quantity , in the truth , it can't load 700 rolls , roll diameter are bigger than expect .
factory has make decide , first of all , customer can check or test quality .if quality is ok , he can purchase again , i will pay loss too , he can deduct loss from new order .
if customer stop to purchase , it is sorry . the mistake can't 100% from my sides . because i no cheat customer money .
during this time , i send e-mails ,but no feedback from customer .i guess customer has order with me . sorry again .
