last week , i send official PI to UK customer about fun guards .today is Tuesday , i send some e-mails to customer ,but no news or feedback from customer sides .because we are very serious this order , if even demand quantity isn't big , it is less and small quantity . today night i plan to call customer by cell phone .
now i am a bit worry about , the customer have cancel this order . because till now no any feedback .
the customer give aim price is 11$/pcs . our factory have agree with the quote . but i don't know why customer no e-mail reply . it make me very sad . because he is my first customer .if customer cancel order , i can't accept it .
what is more , customer from India , he ask 10m2 sample , when receive sample , told me the sample not match his demand , i ask that which place not match , he can't told .
i can't understand why customer can't answer this questions .if told me which place ,i will reverse sample wrong ,and find where place is fault . two years ago sample is ok , but the time is too long ,we can't find raw data or can't remember before specification .it is a bit pity . i can't understand why sample not customer ask ? because the wire diameter and hole are according to customer demand .he need 0.8cm and 0.6cm two type .
customer only say these information ,no more .i can't understand why sample not match again and again .
why it always small customer . i hope that can meet big customer and big order . hope everything is well .
