France customer want our company make 50 pcs fun guards , today our company have small and short meeting ,because total quantity is too less , factory machine is very busy , it is a bit sorry , we have to give up this order .
raw quote is 11$/pcs , now customer send new drawing photo . it is very very complex than before . so the quote have increase 4$ , then become 15$ . in the end customer are agree with the quote . i am very happy .i have consult with factory engineer and manager , factory machine are making from Thailand customer order , it is very big and strict . i hope that we can cooperation next time .
the fun guard material is SS304 ,it has 8% nickel , the diameter is 295mm , it is small diameter ,most of factory can not process this type .they can make big diameter .because customer demand diameter is too small , factory have to open new mold . it also cause new cost . now i feel a bit pity and regret , because this customer is very nice .he is from rich country and rich area .in the future ,our will not cooperation .
before one customer is from Uk , he enquiry black Titanium wire mesh (GR2) . we keep touch 2 e-mails ,later he is disappear ,not more feedback or news .i don't know why or what happeend ? he have cancel or find other source , never mind ,tell me directly ,so i will stop to trouble customer , if not reply , it isn't polite .i think.
