last week , one customer from France and enquiry concrete welded wire mesh , he also need sample .
sample size is 30cm*30cm/piece , i have ready sample for customer , but no detail address .
send e-mail ,but no any feedback from his sides , finally i save sample in my office .
concrete welded mesh is very common and popular in my place , many factory can do it .
customer need 4.0mm wire , mesh hole is 20*20cm , size is 2.2*3.6m/piece , weight is 7.92kgs/piece .
if wire diameter is 4.0mm , weight is more than 7.92kgs , customer need wire is 3.92mm .
wire total length : (2.2%0.2+1)*3.6+(3.6%0.2+1)*2.2=43.2+41.8=85 .
so weight :3.92*3.92*85*0.00617=8.01kgs .total quantity is 1500 pieces(40HQ) .
concrete mesh is easy to finish , first of all , machine cutting down length , then put them board welded .
wire diameter is 4.0mm to 14.0mm , width is 2.0m , length is 6-8m , mesh hole :10-20cm .
NOTE: mesh panel most widthest is 3.40m , length most biggest is 12.0m .
material have electro-galvanized and hot-dipped galvanized and black wire .
