cargo quality compensate

in Dec of 2017 year , i send 20GP deer fencing goods to France customer , last week , i receive e-mail about quality feedback ,all goods are rust ,  customer also send rust photo too .

when i check photo , i am very suprised , i really can't understand why it is rust short time ? it only has half year time . ask where put place , customer no told me .

material is hot-dipped galvanized steel wire , zinc coated is 60g/m2 .it belong to common zinc capacity.

it is hot-dipped galvanized , why it is rust very fast ? i can't understand well .

material also has heavy zinc coated  , it is 250g-255g/m2 , galfan material has 5% aluminum+95% zinc.

life time is 15-20 years . but price is very expensive , i am worry about customer can't receive it .

last year , i send cattle fence mesh goods to UK customer , when receive goods 2 months time , it is rust too . finally customer stop to buy from my sides .

now i am very confused , why it is rust fast ? i find more detail explain by Google . common hot-dipped galvanized used life time is 8-10 years . it is rust 4 months , i think Google explain is lie or cheat .

may France customer also stop buy from our factory . i am very sad , because i make mistake again .

i don't know how to slove out this trouble , if you have good suggest ,let me know ,so we can share it together .

i will consult with factory engineer , and talk about compensate rate , because customer are very sincere , i don't want to lost good customer .
