one customer from Canada , he order SS316 stainless steel weave filter mesh ,his company main used filter wire mesh production ,such as ,ss weave wire mesh , perforated sheet mesh ,Nickel wire mesh and so on . we keep touch long days time .in Jule ,we make weave wire mesh PI , customer pay more half deposit , but we can't receive deposit payment from my bank . during one month time , money can't reach in our bank . i don't know what happend .i check customer bank slip , i can see all informations , expect for our company bank account number .i keep touch Canada bank worker , in the end of August ,we have receive money deposit . but i ask balance payment , customer told me that he have cancel this order . he refuse to pay balance payment .i am very serious this order , the customer also us to return back deposit payment , i think that it is imposible .the customer need size is 50ft (15m roll) , it is customized type , no one buyers need this type .so i can't back money .the material is SS316, wire diameter is 0.50mm , 20 mesh ,size: 1m*15m/roll . common length is 30m/roll , it need to cutting half each roll . weight is 67kgs/roll . if it is enough 0.50mm wire diameter , weight is 75kgs/roll , but not factory process this wire diameter . it is small gap .today we will send goods to Tian Jin port . the customer will receive goods after 40 days time . i don't know this quality can match customer demand or not? because Canada customer need quality is more strict . he need surface is more clean and smooth ,enough length and width .i hope all things are ok .
