31th of July in 2015  , international olympic committee president Bach announce  , Bei jing have right to hold on 24th

winter olympics in 2022 year .

this is second time to hold on olympic games after 2008 year ,  Bei Jing not only hold on summer olympices but also

winter olympic games .

the international olympic committee has 100 members , according to rules , chaiman of Bach can't  vote in the first time .

three members can't vote too , including yu zai qing , yang yang , li wei ling . it has 11 committee absent , so only have 85

members take part in to vote .

31th of July , Bach announce Bei Jing and zhang jia kou have right to hold on 2022 winter olympic . it is very happy time for

full china people . pls remember this day on history .
