yesterday one customer enquiry wire mesh baskets .i send two type quote , one is air cost , the other one is by sea quote ,but the customer think two type quote is very high , he refuse to pay deposit .i don't know how to say with customer ,because the quantity is 2 baskets , total quantity is too less , our factory have to open new mold .the mold cost is very high and expensive .if customer need quantity is 20 baskets , the mold is free . less quantity isn't not . maybe this customer from small company ,he not experience to import goods from china .sea freight is cheaper than air charge , it is right .but customer have to pay customs fee and tax .it isn't less cost too .air transport time is 3-5 days , but on sea time is almost 25-30 days , if this order is very urgent .i suggest that air transport is good .because delivery time is fast and short .last week , one customer purchase 50 pcs fun guards order , the delivery time is 5 days , air transport time is 3 days .it is very fast .customer also need best material (SS316), it is a bit expensive than SS304 .it is very contradictory ,want best quality ,but need most lower cost .sorry ,we can't do it .

customer from India ,he need FeCrAl wire mesh sample .but this weave way isn't raw type .it is both weaving .i enquiry factory , it is sorry , factory not have stock ,so we can't send sample .more important , the price is 10 times than raw material .i think that customer can't receive this quote too .

i think that finally i will give up this customer .sorry for that .
