2*1*1m welded gabion baskets

one customer from Canada enquiry welded gabion cages , send quote , but no any feedback later , i don't know why?

we are 100% really factory , what is idea about my quote ? it is higher or still pending order ? because too many customer receive quote ,they are disappear ,i am sad .

most of customer like gabion wall , it is good decorative wall in the garden or park .now i can show more detail informations .

1> gabion cages consist of 6 panels ,size: 2*1*1m , it need 2*1m panels (4) , 1*1m panel (2) .

one set cages size: 10 m2 , 2 CBM . if add cells in middle part , will become 11m2 . the accessory is spring wire .

common spring wire diameter is 4.0mm .

2> material is galvanized wire . it has electro-galvanized and hot-dippped galvanized wire .

electro-galvanized zinc coated is 10-20g/m2 , hot-dipped galvanized zinc coated :40-60g/m2 . heavy zinc coated : 250-275g/m2 .

may some customer need galfan material ,it has 5% aluminum+95% zinc or 10% aluminum+90% zinc . galfan is best material ,life time is 20 years .

3> mesh hole: 75mm*75mm or 76.2mm*76.2mm or 80mm*80mm or 100mm*100mm etc .

4>European market more popular: 3*1*1m ,1*1*1m ,1*0.5*1m ,4*1*1m or 2*1*0.5m .
