today i receive message from my cell phone ,he is from France customer .it is very long time e-mail . customer enquiry 28 Gauge welded wire mesh on 11th of June .
during this time ,i send e-mail , but customer never reply me .may this order is still pending .this afternoon i receive message suddenly .he need CIF quote .
what is more , i must pay 5% commision to customer ,payment term is 100% L/C at sight .
our company can accept L/C payment ,because it is very safe way .but we must pay tax to local goverment , add vaue tax is 11% , then return back 5% point .
finally , quote should including 6% tax , as a result , price will increase . it is higher .
in the end , it also add 5% commision cost .i am worry about customer can accept this quote or not? this quote higher than off-shore price .
mesh hole is 1/2*1/2'', size is 1m*20m/roll , weight is about 2.0kgs/roll .it is very lighter .
yesterday one customer from Kenya ,and enquiry glafan gabion box , now i more worry about his local market can accept this higher quote or not?
because Kenya is very poor country , not rich .if higher price , it is very hard to sell .
my quote base on 10% aluminum ,it is more than 5% aluminum .it is good material .
Kenya customer contact too long time ,i also try my best and meet his demand .
my profit is very lower ,but he always told my price is higher ,how to explain it?
