yesterday one customer from France ,he enquiry wire mesh baskets , material is SS316 ,type is welded . but total quantity is 2 baskets .the quantity is too less, but the price is very very expensive .because we have to open new mold .if it is big quantity , mold cost is free .customer also need better material , it is 316 ,not 304 .because 316 has 13% nickel , it is a bit better than 304 (8% nickel) .it isn't easy rust and anti-corroiosn .it is welded way .
mesh wire diameter is 3mm , two handle diameter is 6mm , top wire diameter is 8mm .hole size is 10-12mm .
i send quote ,customer think air freight is too expensive .it isn't best way .because air cost is from express company ,not me .the size: 80cm*60cm*50cm .it is very big CBM .finally all cost is very high too .the customer also need quote by boat .but customer not told me port name ,sea freight is very less . but the sea time is almost 30-35 days time .i think that this customer is from small company , if big company he know how to make business .because small goods value , it is more easy to check by customs worker .it will get punishment .i don't know why it always small customer . last time , i send 50 pcs fun guards to customer, he have receive goods , the quality is very better .he will sell customer ,but when place new order ,will not know and not ensure .because fan guards isn't his main business .i look forward to cooperation with big customer .i am very hurry up .
one customer need sample ,but not want to pay air charge ,we will have make decide ,to send sample or not? because company rules ,customer must pay sample air cost . pls understand .
